Refund policy

14-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Customized or engraved items, and products marked Final Sale on the product page, are not eligible for return.

RETURN OPTIONS
Once your return request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

1. SELF-ARRANGED RETURN SHIPPING
Ship your return at your own cost using a traceable carrier. We will provide the designated return address. RandomCrush will not provide a return label for this option.

2. RANDOMCRUSH RETURN LABEL
Request a prepaid return label from RandomCrush. A flat rate of $15 USD per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the $15 USD return-label fee where applicable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that do not meet these return conditions will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense. Returned goods remain your responsibility until received by RandomCrush.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer a formal exchange program. To select a different item, color, or size, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
